Schoolcraft College Fitness Center

Designed specifically with the high school athlete in mind, this comprehensive sports performance analysis delivers the same level of data-driven insight used by Schoolcraft’s collegiate athletic programs. The package includes a Cycle Ergometer VO2 Max Test to assess cardiovascular endurance and efficiency, a Lower Body Biodex Assessment to identify strength imbalances and injury risk, and Force Plate Testing to evaluate power output, jump mechanics, and movement symmetry.

Athletes will receive a personalized performance report and expert consultation—equipping them with the information they need to train smarter, reduce injury risk, and prepare for the next level of competition.

Athletes under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

BOD POD® Body Composition Analysis - Follow-up Scan

Our Elite Performance Package is designed for fitness enthusiasts who are committed to optimizing their training programs through precise, data-driven insights. This package includes a BOD POD body composition scan, a VO2 Max maximal aerobic capacity test, and a Biodex knee or shoulder force production assessment. Together, these tests provide a thorough overview of your fitness level, allowing you to track progress accurately and tailor your workouts for maximum effectiveness. This bundle is ideal for individuals who are serious about their fitness journey and looking to leverage scientific data to achieve their goals. Post-testing, consult with an expert to set measurable goals and outline a personalized fitness plan to help you achieve them!

Elite Performance Package

A maximal output assessment of your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Indicates your oxygen utilization capacity and performance efficiency during exercise. Referred to as the "gold standard" measure of overall fitness.

This comprehensive assessment provides a full-body view of your muscular performance and movement efficiency. It includes Biodex isokinetic testing of both the upper (shoulder internal/external rotation) and lower body (knee flexion/extension) to measure strength, symmetry, and force production ratios.

You'll also perform key upper and lower body movement patterns on state-of-the-art force plate technology, providing real-time data on force production, balance, and movement efficiency.

After testing, you'll receive a detailed consultation to review your results and a customized exercise plan designed to address imbalances, improve strength, and reduce injury risk. Ideal for athletes, active individuals, or anyone serious about optimizing their performance.

Designed for developing athletes ages 10–14, this youth-focused performance assessment introduces young athletes to advanced sports science with age-specific insights to support healthy athletic development. Using the same high-level equipment trusted by Schoolcraft’s collegiate programs, this analysis provides valuable insight into foundational strength, movement, and athleticism. This package includes:

-Force Plate Testing to measure power output, jump mechanics, and neuromuscular control

-Vertical Jump Test to assess lower-body explosiveness

-Rockport Walk Test or ACSM Step Test to measure cardiovascular fitness and efficiency

-Lower Body Biodex Assessment to identify muscle imbalances and assess strength ratios that impact injury risk

Each athlete will receive a personalized performance report and a brief consultation to explain their results—offering insight that can support safer training, proper technique, and long-term athletic development.

Athletes must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
